Structured PD training: one hour actively learning a skill or subject, such as a certification module or workshop. Often includes engagement, a quiz, or a test at the end (repeatable + one bonus point for recap presented in division meetings).

Meeting attendance (non-webinar format; camera on or in person).

Attend a professionally relevant networking mixer (after hours only).

Receive client recognition/kudos in writing for job well done.

One hour of mentorship as a mentor or mentee (redeemable once per quarter).

Professionally relevant volunteerism or service (one bonus point for video recap used by KQ marketing).

Join or renew membership in a professional organization that is not paid for by KQ.

Read a job-relevant book and share the key details and takeaways with the team.

Write and submit a project for an industry award.

Win an industry award for a project.

PowerPlay submission.

Participate in KQ social media marketing (up to four per quarter).

Passive learning: listening to gain information or hear about trends and innovations on a topic. Usually no coursework required and often shorter than an hour (up to four per quarter).
